Marcus D. didn't redeem his +POINTS for himself. After Summit Lumber & Supply closed out a record year, his balance was big enough for something the whole branch would remember.

He booked a full block of VIP seats to the summer's biggest stadium tour — one section, forty seats, every name tag from the branch, with pre-show hospitality included.

The group photo from the floor is now framed behind the trade counter. Marcus says recruiting got noticeably easier the following Monday.
